First, the meat is rolled in flour and then covered with a mixture of eggs and grated cheese. The turkey chops are juicy with a delicious golden brown crust.
Cut the turkey into slices no more than 1 cm thick.
Beat off the meat on both sides. Rub with salt, pepper and garlic.
Pour flour onto a flat plate.
Beat eggs and salt separately. Add finely grated cheese.
Dip each piece of turkey in flour, then dip in the egg mixture.
Place in a skillet with hot oil. There should be enough to cover the meat by about half.
Fry the chops for a few minutes on each side. They should have a golden brown crust.
