Sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce and sugar give pork and green beans an original sweet-spicy taste.
Cut the pork into thin strips. Place in a skillet with sunflower or olive oil over medium heat.
After 3-4 minutes, stir the meat and fry for about the same amount. It should be browning.
Combine soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, ginger and minced garlic.
Pour the sauce into the meat skillet, add the green beans and stir.
If the beans are fresh, cut off the ends and chop into several pieces.
Reduce heat and cook, covered, for 5-7 minutes.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the dish before serving.
