Potted Chicken Soup

This delicious and satisfying chicken soup is made with ingredients that are always at hand. And cooking it in pots in the oven is even easier than on the stove.

Ingredients
- Potatoes 300-400 g
- Carrots 100 g
- Onion 1 piece
- Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Chicken thighs 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Water 500 ml
- Greens to taste
Cooking method
Cut the potatoes and carrots into small pieces.
Chop the onion and fry in a pan with oil for 3-4 minutes so that it becomes transparent, but does not brown.

Place the chicken in the pots, add the vegetables, salt and pepper.
Shins or wings can be used instead of hips.

Fill in hot water so that it does not reach the very top of the pots. Cover with lids.
You may need more or less water depending on the size of the pots.

Place the pots in an oven preheated to 180 ° C. The soup will be ready in 40–45 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped herbs before serving.
The pots can be placed in a baking dish so that water will collect in it if it comes out.
