Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 200 g
- Butter 100 g
- Sour cream 100 g
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Sugar 100 g
- Vanillin 1 pinch
- Orange 1 piece
- Flour 250 g
- Baking powder 1 sachet
- Milk chocolate 1 bar
Cooking method
Pound cottage cheese until smooth with a whisk or through a sieve.
Add softened butter and sour cream to it and beat with a whisk.
Then, without ceasing to stir, add eggs, sugar and vanillin into the mixture.
Grate the orange zest on a fine grater and add to the dough.

Combine flour and baking powder in a separate bowl. Then add them to the batter and stir with a whisk.
The dough does not need to be kneaded for a long time. Even if there are small lumps, it's not scary.
Divide the dough into molds. Fill each one about two-thirds full; cupcakes will rise as they bake.
Put a slice of chocolate in each mold, slightly dipping in the dough.
Preheat oven to 190 ° C and bake the muffins for 15-20 minutes.
