Pasta with shrimps in a creamy sauce

Pasta with shrimps in a creamy sauce is prepared on the basis of bechamel with the addition of yolk and parmesan. The dish turns out to be tender and aromatic.

Ingredients
- Fettuccine 450 g
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp butter spoons
- Peeled shrimps 450 g
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Flour 2 tbsp. spoons
- Heavy cream 1 cup
- Milk ¹⁄₂ cup
- Chicken yolk 1 piece
- Grated Parmesan 1 cup + for sprinkling
- Parsley to taste
Cooking method
Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente according to the instructions on the package.
Meanwhile, in a skillet, melt 1 spoonful of butter over medium heat.
Place the shrimps in there, season with salt and pepper and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side. Transfer the shrimp to a plate.
Melt the remaining butter in a skillet. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add flour and, stirring constantly with a whisk, cook for 2 minutes.
Pour in the cream and milk and stir.
Then add the yolk and whisk until smooth.
Bring to a light boil and stir in the parmesan. Cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce thickens.
Place the pasta and shrimp in the sauce and stir. Season with salt and pepper.
When serving, sprinkle with Parmesan and herbs.
