Chicken liver in cream is very soft and goes well with onions. Curry gives this dish a special piquancy.
Rinse the chicken liver, pat dry with paper towels, and cut each piece into halves or quarters.
Place the liver in a bowl with the flour, salt and pepper mixture. Roll so that each piece is covered on all sides.
Heat oil in a skillet and fry the liver over high heat for 6-7 minutes. Stir constantly.
Cut the onion into half rings or smaller. Add to liver and cook for 3-4 minutes more.
Pour the cream into the skillet, sprinkle the curry over the liver and stir well. Top up with water.
If the pieces are not completely covered, add some more water.
Cover the pan with a lid and simmer over medium heat for another 10-15 minutes.
