Soup with meatballs and potatoes

This soup with meatballs and potatoes is a very tasty and satisfying dish. Carrots make the meatballs juicier, and onion frying perfectly complements the flavor palette.

Ingredients
- Minced meat 300-400 g
- Onion 2 pieces
- Carrots 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Potatoes 3-4 pieces
- Water 2โ2ยนโโ l
- Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Curry to taste
Cooking method
Pass the minced meat a couple more times through a meat grinder, so it will become more viscous.
Grind one onion and carrot in a meat grinder or food processor.

Add these vegetables to the minced meat along with salt, mix well and mold the meatballs no larger than a walnut.
Wet your hands with water to prevent the minced meat from sticking to them.
Cut the potatoes into small pieces.

Boil water in a saucepan and add the meatballs to it first, and then the potatoes.
Vegetable broth or meat broth can be used instead of water.
Bring to a boil, skim and cook over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
Finely chop the second onion and fry until golden brown in a skillet with butter.
Add the onion, salt, pepper and curry to the soup about 5 minutes before the potatoes are ready.
