The simplest banana ice cream

This dessert only needs one ingredient. To make banana ice cream, all you need to do is freeze the fruit and beat it correctly with a blender.

- Ripe bananas 1-2 pieces

Cut the bananas into equal chunks or slices.
The fruit should be soft and ripe, but not overripe.
Place them in a container or freezer bag.

Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
It is fashionable to always keep such a stock of frozen bananas in the freezer. Then cooking dessert in the future will take less time.
Place the bananas in the bowl of a blender or food processor.
Start chopping the fruit. At first, the mass will resemble fruit mashed with a fork.
Continue whipping the bananas, stopping occasionally and scraping the sides. Gradually, the consistency will become more and more uniform.
Don't stop at the previous step. Continue whisking until the mixture is completely smooth, creamy and lighter.
Transfer to a container with a lid and place in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
