Chicken heart kebab is a great alternative to regular kebabs. It can be served with side dishes, vegetable salads and just sauces.

Ingredients
- Chicken hearts 500 g
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp spoons
- Tomato paste 1 tsp the spoon
- Orange juice 50 ml
- Liquid honey 1 tsp the spoon
- Dried garlic ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Spices to taste
Cooking method
Remove excess fat and tubing from the hearts. Then rinse the cleaned meat well under running water and pat dry with paper towels.
Mix all other ingredients. Put hearts in the resulting marinade and leave for 20 minutes at room temperature.

Place the hearts on wooden or metal skewers.
If using wooden ones, leave them in water for 10-15 minutes first.

An analogue of a barbecue will be a baking dish. Therefore, its width should be less than the length of the skewers, and the depth should be such that the shish kebab does not reach the bottom. If there is no suitable form, bake the kebab in other ways.

Carefully place the skewers with hearts on the edges of the mold. Place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C.
