These pancakes with milk are really very fluffy and soft. Ideally combined with syrup, honey, jam, condensed milk, fruits and berries.
Melt the butter and cool slightly. Bring the milk to room temperature.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Make a depression in the middle and pour in the butter, milk, vanilla extract and egg.
If there is no extract, add 1 g of vanillin.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Let the dough stand for 10-15 minutes.
Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly brush with oil.
Use a ladle to add the dough to the skillet.
When the bottom is browned and bubbles appear on top, turn the pancake over. Wait for it to brown on the other side.
Bake the rest of the pancakes in the same way.
