Chicken soup with potatoes

Chicken soup with potatoes turns out to be very light and at the same time satisfying. And you can cook it from the simplest products.

Ingredients
- Chicken legs 1-2 pieces
- Water 2 liters
- Potatoes 3-4 pieces
- Carrots 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Greens 2-3 twigs
Cooking method

Cover the chicken with water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Skim off the foam and cook for about 30 minutes, until the meat is tender.
Instead of chicken legs, you can take breasts or 250 g of necks.
Remove the chicken from the soup and place on a plate. Strain the broth and bring to a boil again.
Cut the potatoes into small pieces. Finely chop the carrots or grate on a coarse or medium grater.
Place vegetables in broth and cook for about 20 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
Chop the onion and brown in a skillet with butter for 4-5 minutes.
Add the onion, salt and pepper to the soup pot and cook together for another 5 minutes.
Cut the cooled chicken or cut it by hand into small pieces. Remove the skin and bones.
Place chicken pieces in soup, stir, remove from heat, cover and leave for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the chicken soup with chopped parsley or dill before serving.
