- Carrots 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp spoons
- Worcester sauce ½ tsp spoons
- Tabasco sauce to taste
- Cilantro 1 handful
- BBQ sauce 160 ml
- Buns 2 pieces
- Pickled cucumber 1 piece
- Chili to taste
- Marinated jalapenos to taste
Cooking method
-
Boil chicken fillet or fry until cooked. Meanwhile, chop the cabbage, grate the carrots and make the dressing: combine mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and tabasco.
How and how much to cook chicken
Stir in vegetables, dressing, and cilantro. Leave a few leaves of greens for serving.
-
When the meat is done, fiber it and blend into the barbecue sauce. There should be a lot of sauce, the fillet will practically float in it, but that's how it was intended.
Chicken can be replaced with leftovers of any meat, boiled or fried.
Cut a couple of buns in half and brown lightly. Place some of the chicken in the sauce on the bottom half, and the cabbage salad on top.
-
Place the pickled cucumber slices and cilantro leaves on top of the salad.
For a spicier sandwich, add a couple of chilli or pickled jalapenos.
