Mannik on kefir with dried fruits, cooked in a slow cooker, turns out to be soft and tender. Be sure to try it with your favorite hot drink.
Pour the semolina with kefir and leave for 30-50 minutes at room temperature.
Place the dried fruits in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Then dry with a paper towel. Cut dried apricots into pieces.
Beat the eggs with sugar until a fluffy foam is obtained.
Mix with melted butter, and then add to the semolina with kefir.
Add flour and baking powder and about ⅔ dried fruits. Mix everything well.
Grease a bowl of a multicooker with oil, put the dough in it and sprinkle with the remaining raisins and dried apricots.
Cook the manna for 65 minutes in the "Bake" mode.
