Zucchini boats with sausage, mushrooms and cheese

These zucchini boats are reminiscent of pizza: there are mushrooms, sausage, tomato sauce and cheese. Only instead of the cake, a much less high-calorie zucchini is used.

Ingredients
- Champignons 4-5 pieces
- Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Zucchini 2 pieces
- Sausage 150 g
- Tomato sauce 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Cheese 200 g
Cooking method
Cut the champignons into small pieces. Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms in it over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Cool it down.
Cut the courgettes in half lengthwise. Remove the pulp with a spoon.

Cut the sausage into small cubes. Combine with mushrooms and tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
You can use ham instead of sausage.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Mix half with the filling.
