- Pork 500 g
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. spoons
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp spoons
- Cabbage 700-800 g
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Broth 160 ml
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp spoons
- Spices to taste
Cooking method
-
Cut the meat into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper, add 1 tablespoon oil and soy sauce. Stir and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
Don't go for too lean pork.
-
In a saucepan, saucepan, or deep skillet, heat the remaining oil over medium heat. Add the meat along with the marinade and simmer, covered, for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
It is best to use thick-walled dishes.
Chop the cabbage. Cut the onion into small pieces. Pass the garlic through a press.
-
Add a couple of spoons of broth to the meat, put the cabbage on top and cook for 10 minutes.
You can use water instead of broth.
Toss, add garlic and onion, tomato paste, salt, spices and remaining stock.
Simmer for another 15-20 minutes or longer, until the cabbage is soft enough.
