A simple sour cream marinade with mustard makes the pork kebab soft and juicy. And the analogue of the barbecue is a deep baking dish in the oven.

Ingredients
- Pork 800 g
- Onions 2-3 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Sour cream 100 g
- Mustard 1 tbsp the spoon
Cooking method
Cut the pork into not very large pieces of the same size, the onion into rings.
Place the meat in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, mix with sour cream and mustard.
Add onion and stir again gently. Try to keep the onion rings intact.
Leave the kebab in the refrigerator for an hour.
Put the skewers in water for 10-15 minutes. Then place meat and onions on them.

An analogue of a barbecue will be a baking dish. Therefore, its width should be less than the length of the skewers, and the depth should be such that the shish kebab does not reach the bottom. If there is no suitable form, bake the kebab in other ways.
