These pancakes are unusual in that slices of banana and pineapple are mixed into the dough. This makes simple milk baked goods especially tasty and sweet.
Chop pineapples finely. Cut the bananas into slices or small pieces.
Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and sugar.
Make a depression in the flour mixture and beat in an egg.
Then stir in the egg and flour while adding milk.
Add fruit pieces and mix thoroughly.
Heat a skillet over medium to medium heat and brush with oil.
Spoon the pancakes in portions. When bubbles appear on the surface, turn them over and fry for a while until golden brown.
