Fish cakes with vegetables can be made from any type of fish. And the addition of onions and carrots with soy sauce will add additional spicy notes to the dish.
Grate the carrots on a fine grater, cut the onion into small pieces.
Fry vegetables with a spoonful of oil for 4-5 minutes.
Then add soy sauce and simmer until evaporated. Cool slightly.
Grind the fish in a blender or meat grinder.
Put the vegetable frying on it and chop it again.
Add salt, pepper, starch and oatmeal. Stir and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Form patties and sauté in oil until golden brown on both sides.
