Curd bars with nectarine, oatmeal and honey

If as a child you were one of those who first ate your portion of casserole in the garden, then these curd bars will definitely suit your taste.

Ingredients
- Vegetable oil 90 ml
- Honey 120 ml
- Oat flakes 90 g
- Flour 60 g
- Soda ¼ tsp spoons
- Nectarines 2 pieces
- Soft curd 450 g
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Flour 15 g
- Sour cream 80 ml
- Sugar 65 g
Cooking method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Combine the butter and honey and add the oatmeal, flour and baking soda. Spread the mixture 1 cm thick over the parchment-lined mold.

Bake the oatmeal base at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

For nectarines, remove the pits and puree the pulp in a saucepan over medium heat.

Whisk the cottage cheese with eggs, flour, sour cream and sugar until smooth. Mix with ⅔ nectarine puree.
Spread the curd mass over the oat base.
Apply the rest of the fruit puree to the surface and create any pattern with a toothpick or knife.

Bake the treat for another 40 minutes at 180 degrees, cool completely and cut into bars of any size. Store in the refrigerator.
