Frittata with vegetables and spices

Ingredients
- Chicken egg 6 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Broccoli 150 g
- Sweet pepper 3 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Parsley 20 g
- Lemon ΒΌ pieces
- Olive oil 50 ml
- Onion 1 piece
- Butter 30 g
- Thyme leaves 1 pinch
- Paprika to taste
Cooking method
Combine eggs with salt, ground nutmeg and black pepper.
Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences, peel the bell peppers and cut into thin strips. Finely chop the garlic and parsley, mix with lemon juice and olive oil.
Cut the onion into thin half rings and fry in butter until soft, add broccoli. After a minute, add the bell peppers and a pinch of thyme leaves to the skillet.
After another minute, add the parsley and garlic, and after 30 seconds, pour the eggs over the contents of the pan.
When the eggs begin to freeze, place the pan in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 7-10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and sprinkle with paprika, then serve.
