Vegan Pumpkin Cream Soup with Celery

If you want something original that can be prepared in just half an hour, the aromatic pumpkin puree soup with celery is a great solution.

Ingredients
- Celery 1 bunch
- Pumpkin 400 g
- Onion 1 piece
- Spices to taste
- Croutons to taste
- Flour 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Sesame to taste
Cooking method
Cut vegetables and put on fire. Bring to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes.
Drain off some of the broth so that the vegetables are only slightly covered. Leave about a cup of liquid in case the soup gets too thick.

Remove the pan from heat and use a blender to chop the vegetables until smooth, creamy.
If the soup is too thin, add a little flour, but not more than a tablespoon.

Add spices. You can add a few tablespoons of sesame seeds to the finished soup.
Garlic and paprika work well with sesame seeds, and if you want a richer color, use curry.
Serve the pumpkin soup with croutons. You need to add them just before serving.
