Fried prawns with broccoli cook in just 20 minutes. The seafood and juicy vegetables in this dish are the perfect accompaniment to the hot and sweet sauce.
Combine garlic, ginger, honey and soy sauce, mix well and divide in two.
Marinate the peeled shrimps in half the sauce for at least 5-10 minutes. But you can leave them for a day, putting them in the refrigerator.
Place broccoli in a large bowl, add water and microwave for 2 minutes.
Heat the pan well, add oil to it and fry the shrimps in it until golden brown, 1 minute on each side.
Then add broccoli and leftover sauce. Stir the dish thoroughly, remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
