Rye bread with caraway seeds in the oven

Homemade rye bread in the oven turns out to be dense, with a golden brown crust and a unique flavor. It is a great addition to any breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
- Milk 250 ml
- Sugar 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Yeast 7 g
- Coarse rye flour 260 g
- Wheat flour 240 g
- Salt 1 tsp the spoon
- Cumin 2 tbsp spoons
- Water 125 ml
- Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method
Mix milk with sugar and yeast. Leave it warm for 10 minutes.
Sift flour and combine with salt and caraway seeds. Pour in milk and water.
Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes until smooth.
Place in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover with cling film and keep warm for an hour.
Then put the dough on a floured table, remember it for a couple of minutes and form a sausage.
Place the bread blank on a greased and floured baking sheet.
Cover with plastic wrap and leave warm for another 40 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake the bread at 200 ° C for about 25-30 minutes.
Finished bread makes an "empty" sound when you knock on the crust.
Place the rye baked goods on a wire rack, lightly sprinkle with water from a spray bottle, cover with a towel and leave for a couple of hours.
