An omelet with tomatoes, cheese and herbs is ideal for breakfast, snack or light dinner. It is easy to prepare, and the result is beyond praise.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan and add the tomatoes.
Fry, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.
Finely chop the basil, chop the feta or cut into cubes.
Add herbs and cheese to the vegetable skillet.
Simmer a little and transfer to a plate.
Break the eggs into a bowl, beat lightly with a fork, add milk and salt.
Pour the eggs into the pan with the remaining butter.
When the bottom is browned, place the cheese and vegetable filling on top.
Cook a little more until the top of the omelet grasps.
