Butter cheesecakes with caramelized apples

The sweet and appetizing filling in these apple cheesecakes goes well with the fluffy dough, and the aroma of cinnamon is simply unique.

Ingredients
- Instant yeast 7 g
- Milk 250 ml
- Salt ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Sugar 3 tbsp. spoons
- Butter 80 g
- Flour 400-450 g
- Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Egg 1 piece
- Water 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Apples 6 pieces
- Lemon 1 piece
- Sugar 100 g
- Cinnamon to taste
- Butter 50 g
- Honey 2 tbsp spoons
Cooking method
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and stir with salt, sugar and softened butter.
Add flour little by little and knead a dough that does not stick to your hands.
Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a towel or plastic wrap, and leave warm.
After an hour and a half, remember the dough and return to heat for another 30-40 minutes.
Cut the apples into small pieces, pour over with lemon juice and stir with sugar and cinnamon.
Heat butter in a frying pan, add honey and apples and fry for 10-15 minutes. Cool slightly and drain the syrup, if present.
Divide the matched dough into pieces and form small cakes from them.

Place the pieces on a greased baking sheet and leave for another 15–20 minutes.
Don't place the cakes too close.
Lightly flour the bottom of a small glass and make indentations in each piece.
Brush each cheesecake with an egg, beaten with a tablespoon of water. Place the filling in the center.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 210 ° C.
