Chicken in a spicy creamy sauce with ginger and chili

Chicken with ginger turns out to be incredibly fragrant, juicy and tender. This dish goes well with any side dishes, but goes especially well with rice.

Ingredients
- Skinless chicken breasts 4 pieces
- Ginger 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Ground red pepper 1 tsp the spoon
- Ground coriander 1 tbsp the spoon
- Lime 1 piece
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Onion 1 piece
- Chili pepper 1 piece
- Turmeric 1 tsp the spoon
- Heavy cream 280 ml
- Lemon ½ pieces
- Salt to taste
Cooking method
Cut the breast into cubes.
Peel and chop the ginger and garlic.
Place chicken, ginger, garlic, ground pepper, coriander, lime juice and 1 tablespoon oil in a bowl and stir.
Leave the meat to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Place the chicken and marinade in a preheated skillet and fry for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally.
In the meantime, heat the remaining oil in another pan and cook the finely chopped onion and chili in it for 3-4 minutes.
Add turmeric and stir well. Reduce heat, add cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Then add the marinade chicken and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Pour lemon juice over the dish and season with salt.
