Fragrant pilaf in a slow cooker

Ideal for those who do not have time or traditional cauldron. Cooking pilaf in a multicooker is very easy. And it's better to serve it with fresh vegetables.

Ingredients
- Meat 1 kg
- Onion 3 pieces
- Carrots 3 pieces
- Vegetable oil 4-5 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
- Rice 320 g
- Water 640 ml
- Garlic 1 head
Cooking method

Cut the meat into small pieces, the onion into half rings. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Beef, lamb, pork or poultry will do.
Pour oil into the multicooker bowl. Turn on the "Baking" mode and fry the carrots and onions under the lid for 10 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking.
Add meat to vegetables, salt and stir with spices. Cook for another half hour in the "Bake" mode.
During this time, rinse the rice thoroughly until the water is clear.
Pour rice into the multicooker bowl and add water. Turn on the "Pilaf" or "Rice" mode for 30 minutes.
When the program ends, add the unpeeled garlic and leave the pilaf for 20-30 minutes in the "Warm" mode.
