Baked potatoes with honey mustard crust

Ingredients
- Sunflower or olive oil ⅓ cup
- Dijon mustard ⅓ cup
- Grain mustard ⅓ cup
- Honey 1 tsp the spoon
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Lemons 2 pieces
- Large potatoes 6 pieces

Start by mixing the ingredients for the sauce. Whisk the butter with both mustards, honey, garlic paste, and the zest of two lemons and the juice of one of them.
Cut the peeled potato tubers into cubes and mix with the marinade sauce. Leave the slices for 10 minutes, then transfer to a baking sheet, having previously allowed excess liquid to drain. By the way, the leftover sauce can be used for marinating meat, for example.

Potatoes should be placed on a baking sheet in one layer.

Season the slices generously and place the dish in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. After half an hour, remove the baking sheet, turn the potatoes over and leave at the same temperature for another 15 minutes. As a result, the pieces will be covered with a sweetish crust on the outside and remain soft and crumbly on the inside.
