A rich and aromatic cheese soup with sausage and noodles is quick and easy to prepare. Finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes will make the dish even more unusual.
Pour water into a saucepan, let it boil.
Chop onions and carrots and fry in a pan with butter.
Cut the sausage, ham and bacon into cubes, add to the vegetables and also lightly fry.
Cut the curds into medium cubes to dissolve faster in water.
Place the cheese in a pot of boiling water.
When the cheese dissolves, add the vermicelli and cook for 5 minutes.
Then put the frying and cold cuts into a saucepan.
Cook the soup for another 3 minutes, then remove the pot from heat.
Add finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes to the soup if desired, and before serving - croutons and chopped herbs.
