Ingredients
- Buckwheat 100 g
- Salt to taste
- Onion 1 piece
- Minced chicken 500 g
- Starch 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Pepper to taste
- Spices to taste
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Flour 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Water 400 ml

Boil buckwheat in salted water. While it is cooling, cut the onion into small pieces or grate on a coarse grater.

Mix the minced meat with buckwheat, onion, starch, salt, pepper and other spices. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes.

Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the flour until it turns caramel color. Add water and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Stir the sauce so that there are no lumps in it.
Add salt, pepper and spices to the prepared sauce.
Dice the minced meatballs and place in a baking dish. Pour over the sauce and cover with foil.
Bake for 30–35 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 ° C.
