Tomato soup with beans, pork, potatoes and cabbage

Tomato meat soup with beans turns out to be very rich and thick. It is ideal to complement it with a slice of fresh bread or delicious croutons.

Ingredients
- Dry beans 200 g
- Pork 500 g
- Water 2-3 l
- Salt to taste
- Potatoes 800 g
- Cabbage 200 g
- Onion 1 piece
- Carrots 1 piece
- Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Tomato paste 4 tbsp spoons
- Ground black pepper to taste
Cooking method
Soak the beans in cold water for several hours or overnight.
Cut the meat into small pieces, pour 2-3 liters of water, salt and cook for 1 hour.
Then add the beans and cook for about 30-40 minutes.
Cut the potatoes into large pieces and place in a saucepan.
Then add the shredded cabbage and cook for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a medium or coarse grater.
Fry the onions in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Add carrots to the onion and fry lightly.
Then add the tomato paste, stir and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Place the roast in a saucepan.
Season the soup with salt and pepper and cook until the potatoes are tender.
