Inverted Caramelized Pear Pie

The aromatic dough, which is mixed with ginger, cinnamon, cloves and honey, goes well with caramelized pears. The cake is very aromatic.

Ingredients
- Medium pears 2 pieces
- Butter 50 g
- Brown sugar 60 g
- Vegetable oil 1 tsp the spoon
- Milk 2% fat 120 ml
- Apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp the spoon
- Egg 1 piece
- Brown sugar 100 g
- Honey 100 g
- Butter 60 g
- Flour 150 g
- Ground cinnamon 2 tsp spoons
- Soda 1 tsp the spoon
- Ground ginger 1 tsp the spoon
- Salt ΒΌ tsp spoons
- Ground cloves ΒΌ h. spoons
Cooking method
Peel the pears, core and slice lengthwise into thin wedges.
Melt butter over medium heat, add sugar and stir until dissolved.
Pour the mixture into the bottom of the oiled baking dish, and place the pears beautifully on top.
Pour vinegar into milk and leave for 5 minutes.
Then add eggs, sugar, honey and melted butter and mix well.
In another container, combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, ginger, salt and cloves.
Knead to a homogeneous dough and place on top of the pears.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 Β° C for 25-30 minutes. Check the readiness with a toothpick: it should come out of the cake dry.
Let the tart sit for 10 minutes, then gently flip it pears up onto a serving platter.
