Chocolate cake with nuts and butter cream

It is difficult to think of a more chocolate and nutty cake: the dough contains cocoa and a glass of chopped nuts, and the cream contains a whole bar of chocolate.

Ingredients
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Sugar ½ cup
- Flour ¾ glass
- Baking powder 10 g
- Cocoa 2 tbsp. spoons
- Walnuts 1 cup
- Butter 50 g
- Heavy cream 200 g
- Condensed milk 190-200 g
- Chocolate 100 g
Cooking method
Beat eggs and sugar until thick foam forms.
Then add flour, baking powder, cocoa and chopped nuts. Mix everything thoroughly.
Cover the bottom of a round baking dish with parchment, grease the sides with butter.
Put the dough in there and flatten.
Bake for about 40 minutes at 220 ° C.
While the biscuit is baking, make a cream. To do this, mix the cream, condensed milk and finely grated chocolate in a saucepan.
Put the cookware on the fire and heat, stirring constantly, until you achieve a uniform consistency.
Cool the biscuit and cream.
Cut the biscuit into two or three cakes, depending on how well it rises.
Assemble the cake by spreading cream over the cakes. On the sides, also brush the cake with cream.
Leave the cake to soak in the refrigerator for a few hours.
