Cream cheese and cherry dip

This delicate dip tastes like cheesecake, but cooks much faster and without the oven. A delicacy for those who do not like to stand at the stove.

Ingredients
- Philadelphia cheese 180 g
- Lemon juice 1 tsp the spoon
- Powdered sugar 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Cream, 33% fat 180 ml
- Vanillin ΒΌ h. spoons
- Canned cherries to taste
- Chocolate shavings to taste
Cooking method

Mix Philadelphia with lemon juice and powdered sugar. Vary the sweetness to taste, gradually adding the powdered sugar.
"Philadelphia" can be replaced with any other cream cheese.

Whisk the cooled cream with vanilla until crisp peaks.
Make sure the dishes and cream are really cold; this will make the whipping process easier and faster.

Using a spatula, gently combine the cream with the cheese mass, trying to keep as much air as possible.

Distribute the dip in any suitable shape and smooth the surface.

Top with canned cherries and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
If desired, you can take any other berries in syrup, and replace them with fresh ones in season.

The dip is best served with salty crackers to complement the sweetness of the sauce.
