If you are tired of boiled dumplings, prepare fried dumplings with sour cream. They will have a delicious golden brown crust, and the sauce will make them juicier.
Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil.
Pour the dumplings there, leaving a small space between them.
Fry the dumplings on both sides until golden brown.
Add water and chopped dill and simmer for 5 minutes.
Put almost all the sour cream into the pan and stir.
Cook over moderate heat until the water is almost completely boiled away, stirring regularly to prevent the dumplings from burning.
Then cook on very low heat for a few minutes.
Sprinkle the dumplings with parsley before serving and add the remaining sour cream.
