Microwave potatoes stuffed with cottage cheese

Stuffed potatoes can be cooked not only in the oven, but also in the microwave. Stuff the boats with cottage cheese and garlic cream, and the device will do the rest.

Ingredients
- Curd 150 g
- Mayonnaise 3 tbsp spoons
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Large potatoes 4 pieces
Cooking method

Combine curd, mayonnaise, minced garlic and salt.
If the curd is grainy, first mash it with a fork.

Chop each potato with a fork several times and cut in half lengthwise.
The potatoes can be peeled or left with the skin. In the latter case, you need to wash the vegetables very thoroughly.
Use a knife or spoon to make holes for the filling.
Stuff the potatoes with the curd mixture.
Place the stuffed potato halves with the filling facing up in a microwave-safe dish so that they do not tip over during cooking.
Pour some water into the mold, close the lid hermetically and put in the microwave for 20 minutes at 800 watts.
