• Butter 120 g
• Bitter chocolate 90 g
• Sugar 200 g
• Flour 80 g
• Unsweetened cocoa 30 g
• Eggs 2 pieces
• Ginger 1 piece
• Vanillin on the tip of a knife
• Ground nutmeg ½ tsp spoons
• Ground ginger ½ tsp spoons
• Salt ¼ tsp spoons
• Ground cloves ¼ h. spoons

Cooking method

• Melt butter and chocolate over medium heat. Stir until the mixture is smooth.

• Remove from heat, add all other ingredients and stir well.

• Place the dough in a parchment-lined baking dish and place in an oven preheated to 160 ° C for 30–35 minutes.

  The inside of the finished brownie should be moist. If you stick a toothpick into it, some dough will remain on it.
