We decided to make donuts from the prepared pancake mixture. We assure you: these will be the easiest and fastest donuts in your entire culinary experience.

Ingredients
- Dry mix for pancakes 3¼ cups
- Water 300 ml
- Vegetable oil 300 ml
- Milk 300 ml
- Egg 1 piece
Cooking method

Our pancake mix already included milk powder and egg powder.
If these ingredients are not in your version, then dilute everything not with water, but with milk and add one egg.

Pour a glass of hot water over the dry pancake mixture and stir.
Long kneading can make the dough thick and stringy, so don't overdo it.

As for shaping, you can fry round donuts with a greased ice cream spoon, or you can squeeze the dough out of a cooking bag like Spanish churros.

Place portions of the dough in the heated oil and fry until golden brown.
Put the finished donuts on a wire rack or napkins.

Serve with your favorite sweet sauce or icing, or sprinkle with powdered sugar or granulated sugar mixed with a pinch of cinnamon.

Inside, donuts are fluffy and soft.
