Chicken with cheese sauce in pita bread

Chicken in pita bread is prepared simply: put the filling, wrapped, fried and ready. A great option for a dinner in a large company.

Ingredients
- Chicken fillet ½ piece
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Butter 2 tbsp spoons
- Heavy cream 240 ml
- Grated cheese 300 g
- Dried garlic ½ tsp spoons
- Cilantro 3 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
- Lavash 5 pieces
- Jalapeno pepper to taste
Cooking method

Fry the chicken fillet in a frying pan until cooked with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Let the meat cool slightly and divide into small pieces.
Chicken can be boiled or baked, or leftover meat from a past meal can be used.

Prepare the sauce. Pour a glass of heavy cream to the melted butter, wait until they begin to boil, and add half of the cheese.
While stirring, melt the cheese completely, then add the dried garlic and cilantro, leaving a few leaves to decorate. Add salt to taste.
Let the sauce cool, then combine with the cooked chicken pieces.

Put some cheese on half of the pita bread, distribute the chicken filling with sauce and sprinkle with cheese again.
For the vegetarian version of the dish, you can use the filling made from legumes and your favorite vegetables.

Fold the flatbread in half, pressing down slightly to evenly distribute the filling inside and hold the halves of the pita bread together.
Fry the cakes in a little vegetable oil until they are browned on both sides (about a minute).

Serve the finished dish sprinkled with cilantro, jalapenos and your favorite sauce.
