Baked chicken and bell pepper enchilada

This hot, hearty enchilada is the perfect breakfast or lunch for you. Vegetables and meats go perfectly with cheese and creamy sauce.
The sauce is prepared in the manner of bechamel: you need to quickly fry the flour in melted butter, dilute everything with milk, and after thickening, season with salt and pepper and add grated cheese.
The filling is also extremely simple. First, fry the chopped onion and bell peppers until soft. Then add the garlic and minced chicken.
When the minced meat is cooked through, season it with salt and smoked paprika, and then toss with очного of the butter sauce.

The filling and sauce can be made in the evening, and in the morning you just have to quickly roll it up into flat cakes.
