Tacos with beef, bell pepper and cheese

Tacos with beef and vegetables are delicious both hot and cold. Be careful when treating colleagues in the office - you risk being left without lunch.

Ingredients
- Ground beef 700 g
- Olive oil 1 tbsp the spoon
- Onion 1 piece
- Sweet pepper 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Tomato 1 piece
- Ketchup ½ cup
- Fresh cilantro to taste
- Fresh parsley to taste
- Cumin 1 tsp the spoon
- Ground oregano 1 tsp the spoon
- Chili powder 1 tsp the spoon
- Cinnamon 1 tsp the spoon
- Puff pastry 500 g
- Egg 1 piece
- Water ½ tbsp. spoons
- Semi-hard cheese 200 g
Cooking method
Fry the minced meat with chopped onion and pepper in olive oil. When the onion is golden and the meat is tender, add the chopped garlic and fry for about a minute, stirring constantly.
Drain the fat from the skillet and add the tomato, ketchup, chopped herbs and spices. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then remove from the stove and cool.
Roll out the dough and cut out round cakes. Place 1–2 tablespoons of the filling in the center of each. Roll up. In order for the edges to hold better, brush them with an egg mixture (beat the egg with water).
Bake for 15–20 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or oiled.
Sprinkle the finished hot cakes with grated cheese. Be sure to add ketchup or other sauce of your choice to the lunch box.
