Vegetarian soup with cabbage and young nettles will turn out to be just as delicious as options with meat. Delight your body with a healthy summer meal.
Chop the nettles, remove the tough stems. Chop the cabbage thinly.
Peel the green pepper and cut into thin strips. Chop green onions and parsley. Peel and chop the garlic.
In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, melt half the butter, add the green pepper and fry for 5 minutes.
Add the remaining butter, garlic and green onions. Fry, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes.
Then add all the remaining ingredients to the pan, cover with broth or water, salt and pepper. Bring the soup to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
Serve hot with sour cream or butter.
