Beef Ramen is a hearty Japanese dish that's perfect for a family lunch or dinner. Our recipe will turn out very tasty.
In a saucepan, combine the meat, broth, water, soy sauce, thinly sliced ginger, anise, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
Place the pot over low heat, cover and cook until the meat is tender (this process can take several hours). Then remove the meat, let it cool slightly and divide into large pieces.
Strain the broth and return it to the fire. Add meat, chopped mushrooms and green onions. Cook for 15 minutes, until mushrooms are tender.
Simultaneously boil the noodles in salted water until al dente. Then drain the water and add the noodles to the soup.
