Crispy chicken liver appetizer with mustard sauce

Chicken liver appetizer is perfect with beer instead of the usual snacks. After roasting, the offal remains soft, juicy and just melts in your mouth.

Ingredients
- Chicken liver 300 g
- Flour 60 g
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Egg 1 piece
- Yogurt 1 tbsp the spoon
- Tabasco sauce to taste
- Bread bread ⅔ cup
- Greens to taste
- Sweet mustard 2 tbsp spoons
- Dijon mustard 2 tbsp spoons
- Yogurt 2 tbsp spoons
- Honey 1 tsp the spoon
- Lemon juice to taste
- Salt to taste

Unlike beef or pork liver, chicken does not require lengthy preliminary preparation. Just rinse it, removing the remaining film, and divide into two parts. Pat dry the pieces with paper towels.

Now prepare the breading. In one bowl, combine flour with a good pinch of salt and pepper. In the other, beat the egg with a spoonful of yogurt and hot sauce, and season with salt. Pour the bread crumbs separately.
You can bread the liver in regular bread crumbs, panko breadcrumbs, or well-ground cornflakes.

First, dip the pieces of liver in flour, then dip in a beaten egg and send to the breadcrumbs.

Put the breaded liver in heated vegetable oil 3-4 pieces at a time.
Use a splash screen or a regular lid, as the juice from the offal gets into the hot oil and starts to boil and explode.
Fry the liver for 3-4 minutes. Then, place the finished pieces on paper towels.

Combine all the ingredients for the mustard sauce.

Serve the liver hot, sprinkle with chopped herbs and dressing.
