Ingredients

Cooking method
Place 2 tablespoons of butter in a high-sided round baking dish and place the baking dish in a preheated 180 ° C oven.

Beat with a mixer on medium speed, gradually adding sour cream. The dough should be fairly thick and smooth.
Pour ¼ cup sugar evenly into a greased dish. Layer a layer of sliced strawberries on top.
Spoon the dough over the berries and smooth with a spatula.
Bake the cake for 35 minutes at 200 ° C. To check the readiness, pierce the cake with a toothpick: if there is no sticky dough left on it, the dessert is ready.
