This dish is easy and quick to prepare. However, the pasta casserole is very original thanks to parmesan, basil and parsley.
Boil spaghetti in salted water according to package directions. Drain the liquid.
Fry the finely chopped onion in olive oil until golden brown.
Add spaghetti to the onion and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Whisk whites, eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture over the spaghetti and onion.
Sprinkle with chopped herbs and grated cheese on top.
Cook for about 5 minutes, until the bottom is browned.
Then gently turn the casserole over and cook for about 5 more minutes to brown the other side.
Pour balsamic sauce over the dish before serving.
