Vegetable cutlets with tofu and ginger

Vegetable cutlets do not contain meat, but they still turn out to be delicious, aromatic and satisfying. Be sure to diversify your menu with them.

Ingredients
- Tofu 200-300 g
- Potatoes 3 pieces
- Beets 1 piece
- Carrots 2 pieces
- Frozen peas ½ cup
- Green chili pepper 1 piece
- Fresh ginger 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Breadcrumbs 1 cup
- Vegetable oil 1 tsp the spoon
Cooking method
Freeze the tofu in the freezer beforehand.

Boil potatoes and carrots in one saucepan. They will be ready in about 30 minutes.

Boil the beets separately until soft for 40-50 minutes.

Boil frozen peas in another saucepan. This one will take no more than 10 minutes.
Grind chili with ginger in a blender until smooth.
Grind the cooled vegetables and tofu in a blender too.
Add pepper and ginger paste to the mixture, salt and mix well.
Form small patties and coat in breadcrumbs.
Fry the patties over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
