Pasta with stew and vegetables

Stewed pasta is very simple to prepare. Saute the onions, carrots and garlic, add the beef and boiled pasta, and serve a quick and satisfying dish to the table.

Ingredients
- Pasta 400 g
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. spoons
- Onion 2 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Carrots 2 pieces
- Chili to taste
- Any spices to taste
- Beef stew 300-350 g

Boil the pasta in boiling salted water with 1 tablespoon of oil.

In the meantime, heat the rest of the oil in a large skillet.
Cut the onion into cubes or half rings and fry. Add finely chopped garlic to the onion.
Grate the carrots, add a little salt and add to the vegetables. Fry, stirring occasionally, until soft.
Chop the chili peppers into small pieces and place in the skillet. Season vegetables with spices.
Chop the stew with a knife and transfer to the pan. Stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.
When the pasta is cooked, drain the water from it, put it with vegetables and meat and stir.
