Simple Slob Joe Burger

You don't have to be a professional chef to make the Sloppy Joe burger. We are sharing a recipe that even a novice cook can handle.
Chop the celery stalks finely.
Peel and chop the onion.
To peel the pepper quickly and easily, cut the vegetable in a crisscross pattern from tip to base without cutting into the core.
Now carefully break off the resulting slices and chop them into cubes. That's all. No seed problems.
Place the skillet over low heat. Add some vegetable oil and cook chopped celery, onions, and bell peppers. Stir them periodically.
After 10-15 minutes, add finely chopped garlic to the vegetables and mix thoroughly.
A new life hack for peeling garlic will save you a lot of time and nerves
After 3 minutes, send the minced meat to the vegetables.
After another 15–20 minutes, when the meat is fried, you can add a little water or dry white wine and wait for the liquid to boil away. You don't have to add, the result won't get any worse.
Now it's the turn of the tomatoes, which will make the freshest pasta. Boil about one and a half liters of water. Cut out the bases of the fruit.
Place the tomatoes in hot water for a couple of minutes and then remove.
After heat treatment, the skin will peel off the fruit without any resistance. Use a blender to turn the peeled tomatoes into a smooth paste.
Send the tomato paste to the almost ready-made meat sauce.
Season with salt and season, then simmer for 15 minutes or until thickened.
If you want to add fresh herbs, add about 5 minutes before cooking ends.
It's time to get busy with buns. Cut them so that the bottom is thicker. This will keep the burger dry longer.
To make the buns tastier, softer inside and even better resist getting wet, they should be kept in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Place the halves on a baking sheet, cut side down.
They shouldn't burn, so check back periodically.
Sloppy Joe differs from classic burgers in that it doesn't need to be styled nicely. Place the meat sauce on the bottom half of the bun.
Now cover with the other half. Let some of the sauce fall out - that's okay for Slut Joe.
