Vegetarian Bean Pate Sandwich

Great option for breakfast as well as filling lunch box. Even though these sandwiches are vegetarian, they are quite nutritious.

Ingredients
- White beans 150 g
- Onion 1 piece
- Olive oil 5 tbsp spoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Salt ½ tsp spoons
- Lemon ½ pieces
- Sesame 50 g
- Rye bread 6 slices
- Salad to taste
Cooking method
Pour cold water over the beans and leave overnight. Then cook it for 90 minutes.
Fry finely chopped onion in one tablespoon of olive oil until transparent.
Grind the finished beans and onions with a blender until smooth. Grind the garlic separately in a mortar or using a press, add salt to it.
Combine the onion-bean mixture with the garlic mixture, add the remaining olive oil and the juice of half a lemon, stirring constantly. Add sesame seeds and mix thoroughly again.
Check for salt, add salt if necessary. You can also add other spices to taste.
Spread the finished pate on 3 slices of bread. Top the sandwiches with lettuce, cover with the remaining slices of bread, and treat.
